Since our first café opened in 2002, Koffi has been dedicated to serving the finest coffee, providing exceptional service, and creating community spaces that reflect Palm Springs’ mid-century vibe.
Today, we proudly operate four unique destination cafes each reflecting the neighborhoods they serve. Our brand is recognized far beyond the Coachella Valley, spreading throughout Southern California and the U.S. by our satisfied customers.

At the heart of Koffi is freshness. We annually roast over 100,000 pounds of high-quality green coffee and prepare more than 300,000 food items in our commissary kitchen, ensuring the best for our loyal customers. Our emphasis on coffee blends allows us to offer unique signature coffees exclusively available at Koffi.
KOFFI IS MORE THAN COFFEE
Freshly baked muffins and pastries have always been a key part of Koffi’s charm. Today, our bakery and food commissary, located at Koffi Central, produces more than 800 items daily, including pastries, breakfast sandwiches, salads, sandwiches, and yogurt parfaits delivered to our four high volume cafés prior to the start of each day.
